General Terms & Conditions

All rates are quoted subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and may be subject to a minimum nights stay.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information. The Bracken Court Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information.

Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, the Bracken Court Hotel has a strict policy of 48 hours notice. In the event of the Bracken Court Hotel not being notified of a cancellation the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit/debit card provided at time of booking. 48hrs notice applies to arrival/departure date modifications.

In the case of Advance Purchase Rates, your credit/debit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Non-refundable and non-transferable deposit might be required for specific reservations including special attractions or events.

Check-in policy: Personal details such as full name, home address, phone number, email address will be required on check-in from all guests staying. Please note that for all bookings a valid credit card may be requested on check-in. This is not a charge but a pre-authorisation to cover any incidentals or charges during your stay. In the event of a guest not possessing a valid credit card, the property reserves the right to request a security deposit of up to €150 per room. This deposit will be refunded on check out – minus any charges that may have been incurred. The property reserved the right to request a valid form of photographic ID from all guests staying at any stage on check-in. In the event that a guest cannot provide a valid ID, credit card or security deposit at check in, the property reserves the right to refuse booking.

Payment: Full payment will be processed in the morning of arrival from the card provided at time of booking. Should you wish to pay with different card or voucher, please contact hotel at least 24 hrs prior arrival.

Cash bookings: Please note that for all cash bookings, a deposit of up to €150 per room and photographic ID will be requested at check in. This will be refundable on check out – minus any charges.

Hotel policy: Hotel policy dictates that only guests registered upon check in will be admitted to the room. If this policy is not adhered to, you may be asked to leave the hotel and no refunds will be given. Any guest found to be in breach of the Hotel policy and/or any guest that damage/soil a room will have their deposit retained and/or credit card charged with notice.

Smoking & damages policy: Please note that the Bracken Court Hotel operates a non-smoking policy in all of its bedrooms. We respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke in their bedrooms. If during your stay or upon check out, it is found that you have been smoking in one of the bedrooms, you will be liable to a fine of up to €150.00. The Hotel reserves the right to charge any credit cards provided on check in or booking

For any special requests please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Please note the cost of your stay will be charged on to the credit/debit card provided on the morning of arrival, unless advised other wise by the guest prior to arrival.

 

General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: All regular bookings must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge, which would be equivalent to one night's accommodation.

Advance Purchase Cancellation Policy: Advance Purchase bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the time frame.

Amendments: 48hrs notice is required, if you wish to amend arrival or departure date, in order to avoid charge, which would be equivalent to one night's accommodation.

Non-arrival: In the event of a non-arrival (no-show), the first night’s accommodation charge will be applied to the credit/debit card that was used to guarantee the booking or billed back to the company where credit facilities are established.

Rates: All rates quoted are subject to availability at time of booking and are subject to change.

Deposit: There is no booking deposit, unless othervise stated. Full payment for the stay will be processed from the your card on the morning of arrival.

 

Check-in Time: From 4.00pm onwards Check-out Time: Before 12.00pm
